Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world.

    Dispatch:

    All orders are dispatched from VIXSA Headquarters 3 times a week: Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Order cut off is 10am AEST, the day of dispatch. All orders will be emailed a tracking number and can be tracked and traced through the Australia Post website.

    Delivery Timeframe:

    Below are our standard delivery timeframes from Dispatch Date, please note that although we try and give an estimate once your package has been sent it is beyond our control should thee be delays with shipping:

    • Standard Registered Post in Australia: 3-5 Business Days (Regional locations may take longer)
    • Express Post in Australia: 1-2 Business Days (Regional locations may take longer)
    • New Zealand: 3-5 Business Days
    • United States: 5-10 Business Days
    • Rest of the World: 5-15 Business Days

    Shipping Charges:

    • Shipping to Australia:
      • Standard Registered Post: FREE.
      • Express Post available at checkout: $10.00 AUD
    • Shipping to New Zealand: Flat rate of $12.00 AUD for all orders
    • Shipping to United States: Flat rate of $15.00 AUD (approximately $10.50 USD) for all orders.
    • Shipping to the rest of the world: Up to $25.00 AUD 

    Returns Policy

    You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full product refund (minus shipping costs) should you change your mind or a product is faulty. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been used, washed, or are not in their original packaging. You also must include a copy of your invoice with the return. We do not cover postage costs for cancellations or returns. 

    You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of sending your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).
